Yellow "V" friend or foe ID markings (Hungarian Front)

Many thanks for all who responded to my question and all the photos and profiles. I think I am safe saying that unless you have a photo of the aircraft you are interested, in that clearly shows the “V” under the port wing in its entirety, there is no way to know if the “V” ends in front of the aileron or if it comes to a point at the trailing edge of the aileron. Without that photo you have a 50% chance of getting it right no matter which you chose! I definitely will have to take a closer look at the “Luftwaffe in Focus” series the next time I come across them. John Repcik.

Does anybody have the source for the order in 1945 that these markings have to be replaced by a yellow rudder and ring around the cowling?
